My best friend invited me on a spur of the moment trip to Ontario to surprise our friend for his birthday. Oswald, Alejandro, and I left from Bakersfield at 12:30 a.m. and made it to Ontario by 3:30 a.m. We were exhausted, but it was so worth it! Rudy(birthday boy) and his family knew that Oswald was arriving, but not Alejandro and me so it was a lot of fun to surprise them! At 8 a.m. we woke up, ate some breakfast, and got ready for the day. We took two cars to The Observatory. I rode with Rudy and his girlfriend Sonia. The Observatory is so gorgeous! I had been once before on a date, but they never took my inside of the place. I had no idea that there was so much cool stuff to see on the inside! It’s a place I suggest everyone visit. 🙂

I was surprised when I walked into Rudy and Sonia’s room since they had a large photo of me hanging on the wall! Rudy had taken this shot of me last year in Chinatown, San Fransisco. Next to my photo is a picture of Sonia in Mexico. 🙂 So pretty.Ontario Ontario

The inside of their room is so cute!

Their backyard is full of amazing succulents! I’ll have to take more photos of them next time I visit.

I took photos of my boyfriend’s “Snake’s Blessing” enamel pin that he designed. It’s so cool! You can get your own here. There is also a variant in black and gold that I wore in this blog post. 🙂 There are only a limited amount made.Ontario Ontario

Before we left back for Bakersfield, we went as a group to Mt. Baldy. The fog was think and low, which gave the area such a beautiful atmosphere. We were only there for about 45 minutes. It’s somewhere I plan to visit again during the spring time. 🙂
